I love my dogs dearly and want to make sure that the homes they go to are "forever" homes, and that they'll be properly taken care of. Please fill out one of these questionares if you are seriously interested in buying a puppy from me. I'll get back to you promptly.

Cost

Our puppies are $2,000(Female) and $1,500(Male)

No exceptions unless specified by us.

To hold a puppy requires a non-refundable deposit of $500.

 

*Do you currently own any dogs?

 *Are all of your dogs spayed or neutered?
Yes.

No, but I plan to have it done.

*Are you wanting a Male or a Female puppy?

 *I am aware that my pet needs the following things regurally:
Nailtrims.
Ear Cleans/Ear inspections
Bathing.
*Do you plan to have your puppy spayed or neutered?
Yes, I plan to have it done by 6 months of age.
Yes, I plan to spay or neuter after a couple breedings.
No, I plan to breed.
No. I don't plan to breed my puppy, but I don't plan to have it fixed.
*I am aware of the following risks of not having my pet spayed or neutered:
C-Sections
Pyometra(Infected Uterus)
Brucelosis
Mastitis
Ovarian and Mammory Cancer
Testicular/Prostate Cancer
Unwanted/Unexpected Litters
Un-altered pets are more likely to run away.
*I plan to keep my puppy:
Free in the backyard.
In an outdoor kennel.

Yearly exams, fecals, required vaccinations/blood tests, and dental cleanings.
